Deep relaxation is like being in a deep sleep, but we are awake to the entire experience. In deep relaxation we are asked to let go; relinquish control of our body and thoughts which quietens the mind and rests all muscles and nerves in the body. 

This guided meditation is a passive, deep relaxation experience. There are two mp3 audio files in this product - the first is to prepare the body for relaxation, the second is the guided meditation.

Most of what we think, feel or do goes unaware. This level of unawareness keeps us behaving and thinking in the same way. In many ways, this may be detrimental to us. Awareness places a mirror in front of ourselves so that we can actually see what is happening. Seeing ourselves in this way brings about change. By watching ourselves in an event, we change the power of our thoughts and bodily sensations. And when we become aware, we are instantly brought back to the present.

This guided meditation brings deep awareness to the body. Meditating daily increases levels of physical and mental calm.
